Marriage and Weddings
The Anglican Church of Southern Africa
affirms
“ … that marriage by divine institution is a lifelong and exclusive union and partnership between one man and one woman.”
To have a marriage as God intended requires a relationship with Him and a living faith in Him. We expect couples to be actively seeking God’s blessing in their lives and future marriage.

Baptism
There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called – one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. (Ephesians 4:4-6)
Although different expressions of the church believe differently on the place of baptism (and adult v. infant) – we agree that it is the command of Jesus:
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit... (Matthew 28:19)
